I've been working with my instructor Volkan, whom I've known for a long time, for the past 7-8 months. We're working on posture and flexibility tailored to my needs, and I can feel the difference. He finally made me love Pilates :)
The room is very central, quiet and bright; it gives a feeling of having a private space.
